Winemaking: Hand harvested, whole cluster pressed, then fermented and aged in 66% new French oakbarrels and 33% stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation was completed, along with bâtonnage to create completed, along with bâtonnage to create the gorgeous texture this wine exhibits.
