Terroir: Sandy loam over clay
Winemaking: Hand havested, whole cluster pressed, then fermented abd aged in 66% new French oak barrels and 33% stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation was completed, along with batonnage to create the gorgeous texture the wine exhibits.
